Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Ciaawkward Tree Service wants everyone to be able to use ciaawkward.garden, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want this site to work for as many people as possible. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support accessibility, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with good color contrast
- Let people use the whole site with only a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something on this site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@ciaawkward.garden and we will do our part to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Please email contact@ciaawkward.garden and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this site, we will keep it in mind and keep making it better.
